Below, you will find everything you need to know about checking your order status, understanding shipping updates, and what to do if something doesn't look right.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

A direct tracking link to the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service)
Simply click the link or copy and paste your tracking number into the carrier's tracking portal. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email. This is normal – the carrier may need time to scan your package into their system.
No Tracking Number Yet?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check the following:

Your order may still be processing (typically 1–3 business days)

The email may have gone to your spam or junk folder

You may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout
If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at myestyle@outlook.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
When you track your package, you may see the following common status updates. Here is what each one means:

| Exception / Delayed | An unexpected issue has occurred (e.g., weather, customs, incorrect address). Please allow extra time or contact support. |
What If My Tracking Hasn't Updated in Several Days?
It is not unusual for tracking statuses to pause for 2–5 days, especially during:

Weekends or public holidays

Customs clearance (for international orders)

Weather-related delays

Handoffs between different carriers (e.g., from air freight to local post)
If your tracking has not changed for more than 7 business days, please email us at myestyle@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
What If My Order Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It?
First, please take the following steps:

Check around your property – Packages are sometimes left at back doors, side gates, or with a neighbor.

Check your building's mailroom or front desk – If you live in an apartment or shared building.

Wait 1–2 more days – Occasionally, carriers mark a package as "Delivered" up to 48 hours before the actual delivery.

Look for a notice – The carrier may have left a note if a signature was required.
If you still cannot locate your package after 2 days, contact us immediately at myestyle@outlook.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the situation. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Tracking for International Orders
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please keep the following in mind:

Once your package leaves the origin country, tracking updates may become less frequent.

Your local postal service or customs office may provide more detailed tracking once the package arrives in your country.

Customs clearance can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on your country's regulations. During this time, tracking may show as "Held" or "In Clearance."
