1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days $5.99
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at myestyle@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee.
