At myestyle.com, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Hats, Shirts, or Jeans, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before returning any items.

By making a purchase on myestyle.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Example: If your order is delivered on June 1st, you must initiate your return by July 1st.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – No signs of wear, odor (including perfume, smoke, or detergent), pet hair, or stains.

Original tags attached – All product tags must still be attached to the item.

Original packaging – Please include any original boxes, poly bags, or dust bags if applicable.

Proof of purchase – Your order number or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page

Gift cards

Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper washing (see Section 9 for warranty information)

Partial Returns
If you purchased multiple items in one order, you may return individual items. You do not need to return the entire order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Step 1: Email us at myestyle@outlook.com with the following information:

Subject line: "RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]"

The name of the item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged, not as expected)

Step 2: Wait for our return authorization email. We will respond within 24–48 hours with:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

The return shipping address (which may differ from our business address)

Any special instructions (if applicable)

Do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a similar sturdy box/bag). Include a printed copy of your return authorization email or write your RMA number clearly on a piece of paper inside the package.

Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided in our return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS with tracking, UPS, FedEx, or your local carrier with tracking). We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Step 5: Once your return is shipped, please email us at myestyle@outlook.com with the tracking number for your return package.

4. Refunds

Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

Refund Issuance 5–10 business days after approval
Total refund time from the day you ship: Approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on shipping time and your bank's processing speed.

Refund Amount
You will receive a refund for:

The full purchase price of the returned item (excluding any discounts applied only to that item)

Sales tax (if applicable in your jurisdiction)

You will not be refunded for:

Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error – see Section 6)

Return shipping costs (you are responsible for these)

Restocking fees – We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund (at our discretion) for:

Items that are not in their original condition (e.g., worn, washed, stained, or missing tags)

Items returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at all)

Items that show obvious signs of use

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

We do not offer direct exchanges for the following reasons:

Inventory changes quickly, and we cannot hold an item while waiting for your return.

Direct exchanges often take longer than placing a new order.

However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please see Section 6 below – we will replace it at no cost to you.

6. Our Error: Wrong or Defective Items

If you received a wrong item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product) or

a defective item (e.g., manufacturing defect, broken zipper, missing button, hole), please contact us immediately.

Time Limit: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

A clear photo or video showing the defect or the wrong item

What We Will Do:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (so you pay nothing for return shipping)

Once we receive the defective or wrong item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost

If a replacement is not available (e.g., sold out), we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects and our shipping errors. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper washing, or size preference issues.

Tips for Return Shipping:

Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail without tracking proof.

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility, even for defective items, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us before shipping any international return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date we confirmed approval, please check the following:

Check your bank account – Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Check your credit card statement – It may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear.

Contact your bank or payment provider – They may have placed a hold on the refund.

Check your PayPal or Afterpay/Klarna account – If you paid with a digital wallet, check that account directly.

9. Warranty and Defects

Myestyle stands behind the quality of our Hats, Shirts, and Jeans. We offer a limited 60-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.

What is covered:

Loose or broken seams within the first 60 days of normal wear

Broken zippers, buttons, or snaps

Holes or tears that appear without external cause

Print defects (for graphic shirts)

What is NOT covered:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, pilling, stretching over time)

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing

Damage caused by accidents, pets, or misuse

Size or fit preferences

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email myestyle@outlook.com with clear photos and your order number. We will evaluate your claim and respond within 3 business days.

10. Cancellations

Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel, email myestyle@outlook.com with "CANCEL" and your order number in the subject line. If approved, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our standard return process (Section 3) after you receive the package.

11. International Returns

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes paid at the time of original purchase are generally non-refundable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on reclaiming duties.

Return timeframes are based on the delivery date to your original shipping address, not the date we receive the return.

We recommend using a trackable international shipping service with insurance. International returns take longer to process (up to 4 weeks from shipping to refund).

For international customers returning defective items, please contact us first – we may offer a partial refund instead of a return if shipping costs are prohibitively high.

Your continued use of myestyle.com after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For any return initiated before a policy change, the previous version of this policy will apply.
